First time booking? Follow these detailed steps to schedule your laundry pickup:
- Click on the Schedule a Pickup button.
- You will be taken to a new page. Click on Book.
- Select your desired pickup date.
- Select your timeslot. Morning and afternoon timeslots are available each day on a first come, first served basis.
- On the checkout page, enter your contact information and select Book Appointment.
- You’re all set! If this is your first pickup, you will receive a request to complete a short laundry preference form to ensure your laundry is handled how you like it.
Weekly recurring pickups: Reserve a standing weekly pickup on the same day each week without the need to schedule each time. Available Monday through Thursday. Simply call or text at 715-513-9494 to inquire about availability.
Current Availability
River Valley Laundry Co. operates 7 days a week, but we do take time off for holidays and vacations. Planned days off will be unavailable for booking.
